workouts I have been loving lately

Working out has always been a huge stress reliever for me. Much like everyone else, my gym was temporarily closed down with the quarantine restrictions. Therefore, I have to turn to other options of getting exercise in. I definitely have hoped onto the Youtube and Instagram video workouts. I am loving all of the different type of “class” like workouts that are on those platforms.

I have been working out more than ever, and I am definitely starting to see some results. I wanted to compile a list of some of my favorite workout videos that I have done these past few weeks.


Workout List:

#1: 30-Minute HIIT Workout: I did this workout with my husband. Wowza, we thought it was the most difficult video workout we have done. It was a great, challenging, but quick workout. No equipment is required, which is a huge plus.

#2: Barre Arm Workout: This workout is only 10 minutes, but your arms will be dying by the third set of reps. I only use 2 pound weights with this one. I combine this workout with various other arm exercises when I focus on arms.

#3: Barre Bellyfat Burn Workout: This workout is short and focuses on the lower abdominal area. This workout is a great video to complete after a cardio workout or run.

#4: 30 Minute Barre Workout with Dumbbells: I used 2 pound dumbbells for this one. It was a quick but challenging workout. Barre workouts tend to be my favorite because they target every muscle group. I am always sore after them!

#5: 30 Minute Full Body Strength Training Workout: Here is another fabulous full body workout! This workout includes circuits that target every muscle group. I used 5 pound dumbbells for this workout.
