I finished my first half marathon last weekend! See below for the picture that proves it 🙂
These past few months I have learned so much about myself throughout the training process. I learned that can I can persevere during my long training runs, even after a long and exhausting day of teaching. I also learned to not be so hard on myself . . . and that it is okay to skip a training run some days to take a two hour nap.
I am definitely on a running high. I am signing up for my second half marathon in January. Here goes nothing! 🙂
